i am a 17 years old i am not so tall and not fat , but i have belly fat and man boobs , i went to the gym tried sports + on a diet but nuthin seems to work i lost weight and i have built up some muscles but still i didnt get rid of it . any help on workouts that might help me ? or maybe food to help me fight the fat

this is kind of embarrassing .. i have a girl in my school which i like .... and she likes me i am sure . becuz she left her BF becuz they ahd a fight over me . so we been talking for like 2 weeks she went out with em and my friends a couple of times . but last night when i asked her out she said we will go out like couples , i dont think so ? :( so nw i am confused she likes me or not . and btw i never started conversations with her she is always the 1 starting .

Hi guys today i have a real prob. a friend of mine told me that u can patch a sro-client to make it an autoselect one that works with keypressers instead of bots that can block you. so i patched my sroclient and it worked but i had 2problems 1) the autoselect range is very smalll . 2) i couldnt find a key presser that works with silkroad . TY

today i downloaded a program so my antivirus popped up that it got a virus so i disabled it. after a whyle my pc got a blue screen and it restareted . and when it opeend every thing got the icon of realplayer and it all opens with it. :( and i scaned my pc and still got the same thing so if u know plz help
