  • Looking for a cheap point and shoot camera under £100 for carrying about and taking snaps & night out pics?

Recommendations? Need something that focuses and takes pics quickly and clearly. Fiancee has a Vivitar but takes a week to focus lock then take a snap & pics under flash come out under-exposed.

  • Resetting a Mazda 323 Stereo?

Got a 2002 Mazda 323 and somehow when the Auto-M button was pressed it crashed the whole stereo. Now none of the buttons respond and the stereo remains on while the engine is off. No error showing just stuck on 88.9FM. Halp! Before my battery goes flat :(

  • A Call To Arms: Boycott Answering McCann Questions?

I don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of all the whinging, sniping, joking and carry on about this damn case when there's absolutely nothing worth talking about that the same people time and time again keep bringing up.

I call for you, the good people of Y!A to stop answering these inane questions. Resist the urge that hits you when someone baits you with a Pro or Anti heading.

Don't reply, let these questions die on their **** until there's something worth talking about and let's discuss other things instead.

48 hours? Can you do it? I want to believe, but I am not filled with the faith. Please don't let me down. Please don't let Y!A down.

Boycott McCann questions for 48 hours. It can be done.

  • Is it time for performance related pay in football?

Time to add some incentive for all these egomaniacs on the pitch earning £40,000 a week whether they deliver the goods or not?

  • Define irony: The USA is the most obese country in the world yet...?

Over 1.3 million people, one in six New Yorkers, cannot afford enough food.

The rich get richer.... or should I say the fat get fatter....

  • Gordon's ALIVE?!?!?!?

Because this section will soon be ruined by irrelevant questions about "that" case. I thought I'd cheer everyone up with a quiz from Prince Vultan.

  • After all the anti-Scots mud-slinging here on Saturday?

And they couldn't even win their own game.

Too bad, so sad, bye bye.

Perhaps next time you should spend more time supporting your own team instead of taking cheap shots at us.

Wonder how many "fans" will get arrested tonight?

  • What did STAND2 get caught doing?

To make him so full of venemous hate towards the police, in particular the Manchester force, to the point that almost all his questions are slurs on them using deliberate misinformation and selective fact use?

    Post your suggestions here!!!

  • The whole England vs Scotland thing?

It's ironic that all the questions I've seen on here over the last two days on this topic are usually hate-filled rhetoric about the other side claiming that the other side are full of nothing but hate-filled rhetoric.

Is it funny that these people are too stupid to realise they are a self-fulfilling catalyst in the whole problem?

Personally I have no ill will to the English, hell my in-laws are English and so is my brother's girlfriend and they are great. My hate however is reserved only for short-sighted, close-minded, living-in-the-past bigots on both sides of the fence who are never happy.

No I don't actively support England but why would I? I don't expect the English to be cheering us on tonight.

That doesn't mean either side has to start getting abusive or negative about it. Nobody asks the USA to support Canada or Mexico. Nobody asks New Zealand to support Australia.

And none of these countries start up stupid misguided "race-hate" debates because of it.

    So what the fuss?

  • Why would anyone want an iPhone?

I bought a new Samsung G-600 today and while chatting to the manager of the store I was in, even he said they are overpriced, underperforming, poorly designed pieces of crap and anyone with a bit of sense would buy a Nokie N95 or one of the newer versions out in a couple of months.

So when even a phone shop wouldn't recommend it to customers, why would anyone buy it except to be a trend-whoring sheep?

  • Berts Vogts and Matt Williams think Scotland is racist?

Apparently we hated them because they were foreign...

Not because they totally buggered up our national teams and set them on record losing streaks.

    Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Thanks Matt, you white Christian, for your offensively misplaced use of the race card. I'm sure genuine victims of racial abuse from the African and Asian communities salute your in no way self-pitying cause.

  • Is the editor of the Daily McCann (Express) off sick today?

The McCann case was a secondary banner headline instead of the usual main front story full of bullshit and conjecture for the first time since august! Wow!

  • You leave the country for a fortnight?

And when you come back 70% of the questions are still McCann related and 100% of the entire Daily Express's front page every day are still "EXCLUSIVE: Maddy blah blah blah"

    Why won't the madness stop?

  • Lapse in judgement???

Is not putting your kid to bed on time.

Saying yes to that candy bar to shut them up

Refusing to use a reliable free regulated baby-sitting service in favor of an unlocked apartment and the occasional check so you can go drinking in a foreign country is not a "lapse of judgment" it is not "a mistake".

These are grown adults. Professional adults. Adults who's professions takes people's lives in their hands on a daily basis.

Would you excuse "one lapse in judgement" in their work which cost you or your family their life?

It sickens me the apologists around here.

  • Violation Moderation Questionable?

Ever had a comment removed which didn't violate guidelines but obviously didn't sit right with whoever was moderating them?

A new low in diversionary tactics. It's one thing to report trolling and truely offensive comments but some people seem to like to report things simply because it differs from their viewpoint.

Is this the new answer to the people who can't stomach hard Qs with uncomfortable As? Is it the new tactic from the "don't have an counter-arguement so spit vitriol" club.

Seems strange to me. I even had one question removed, seemingly for daring to discuss the concept of nudity in a valid BBC News report.

    Puritans unite. Not.

  • Woman fakes 9/11 survival story?

Attention-seeker capitalises on tragedy to gain 5 minutes of fame.

Her employer says she never worked for the company.

Her fiance's family have never heard of her.

She never claimed through the Victim Compensation Fund.

She claimed she set up a charity in her husbands memory. It doesn't exist.

She cancels all interviews after journalists cast doubt on her story.

    Quite sickening if true.
