I keep playing destiny and there is a part where you can't respawn and have to start over if you die, I've been trying to do this part for around 3 hours and I keep dying! How do I get better, or how do i not keep dying? I recently started playing destiny and I'm a level 4 I think

I just got the PS4 (I couldn't wait any longer for the Batman Arkham Knight edition). I was wondering, since I'm new to all this stuff, can you completely install disc-based games onto the PS4's hard drive? To the point where I no longer need to insert a disc?
