  • Good pectoral growth exercises?

    Hey. I am 6ft 3in, weighing about 210 lbs. I do a lot of cardio work and also enjoy body sculpting. The majority of my body is in good shape and where I want it to be right now, except I seem to have problems with my chest.

    Ive tried so many different excercises to target chest growth but it does not seem to be growing very much. I used to only be able to bench press 145 lbs and now I am up to 305 lbs +. So my strength is increasing, but size isnt really.

    My diet is good to my knowledge, I eat 5-6 small meals a day. My main source of protiens are lean meats such as chicken and turkey, along with egg whites and tuna. My vegetables I eat are mainly raw broccoli, corn, or steamed spinach.

    Does anyone know what I am doing wrong, or have any workouts that have given them good results?
