Ok so...BEFORE my Dad met my Mom (my parents are divorced btw), he had another child with his second ex-wife. He’s basically my older brother from another mother. He’s about 36 years old now and I’m 18.

He doesn’t deserve to be called a brother PERIOD. I don’t even call him family. I never speak to him. He never was there for me, he abandoned me when I was 2, and my sister as well. He abandoned my mother- his own stepmother (well ex-stepmom anyways) as well and his own father. He lived with his mother but now I think he lives in his own place. I completely forgot about his existence till much later in my life, in 2010. I didn’t even see him again until 2013.

We tried to fix our relationship but it has never happened. He promises to come over. Never shows up. 

The guy’s a mess! He was going to get married and almost did, but he and his former fiancé had a falling out. He is a wreak. 

The guy also weirds me out. He says he misses me, but it’s his own fault he misses me in the first place. I don’t give a crap if he has a busy job or whatever. When you SAY you will come over and see your siblings, at least MAKE THE EFFORT! 

He was going to come to my graduation party but he had a car accident. I showed no sadness or sympathy towards him! I don’t care if he dies. 

He decides to contact me NOW after he and I had not spoken in a few years. Out of all times he could have, he choose to speak to me NOW?! WTF?!

Is it right to hate him? Should I still reconcile with him? 

I'm 16 (it's been a year since I asked a question) and even I think Astrology is bullcrap! It's bullshit. Astrology signs are so stupid and fake, they don't even really tell anything about yourself. My sign is Capricorn, yet I am not a know it all, I don't like quality craftsmanship (I am not into building), I do NOT dislike everything at some point (I still enjoy Sonic the Hedgehog even to this day), and I am not unforgiving (I don't forgive people easily, but I do forgive people who are willing to change). Not everyone has the traits, likes and dislikes their Astrology sign says.

I am not stopping people from what they believe but I think that Astrology is BS, and I am curious to know why people believe in it?

Ok, I am depressed right now. Yes, I am on summer vacation right now but it'll go by so fast that it feels like in a few seconds, it's almost time to go back to school.

I'm 15 and I am officially entering my sophomore year (I just got done with my freshman year). The problem is, my summer vacation will go by so quickly that when September comes around, on the first day of school I will be even more depressed cause it's a year where I have to take not one, but two regents exams (Social Studies and Math), in my freshman year I only took a Science regents and the rest were all finals. It just adds up to my anxiety. I am not looking forward to be studying for 2 regents exams not at all.

On top of that, I have to take Health Class again, which pisses me off, Health Class sucks (and to be fair, I hated it in 8th Grade, it was worse when we had to watch a movie called Odd Girl Out, we got HW at the time which was answering questions about the movie, really stupid questions). Not looking forward to Health this year. I do have friends that I made at school. The friends I do have, however, when I try to invite them over to my house to hang out, most of the time they are just too damn busy. The subjects are stupid, half of them that we don't even need in life. Basically everything about school sucks.

Since Summer vacation is going by so fast, and before you know it, we have to go back to school, what are your negative thoughts about school? I seriously want to know.

I mean, seriously? How cool would it be if you were teaming up with Sonic, Tails, and the others to defeat Dr Eggman or any other Sonic villain? Or how about traveling with Ash and his friends in the world of Pokemon, catching like so many Pokemon and battling other trainers, gym leaders, etc. Or how about going to Equestria and be in the world of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic? It would be cool if you can actually travel to different dimensions and go to whatever fictional cartoon, anime, or video game world you want to go to, with all of this freaking technology we have now. Sadly, this isn't the case as that type of technology doesn't exist in the real world and cartoons, anime, video games and such aren't even real. Screw life and screw this society! So do you wish that Pokemon, Sonic, or any other type of cartoon, anime or video game is real? I sure as hell do!
