  • Female swordtail laying at bottom under plants?

I have a 55 gallon fish tank, do regular water chages, test water (nitrate, nitrite, amonia, pH, Hardness, alconinity all almost perfect). I have a male and a female swordtail I got far a local fish store, ABC Petcity, where I get all my fish and they rarely get sick or die. My female just gave birth a week and a half ago, and was laying near the bottom durning this process (I was able to save one, who is now doing good and growing). Since then, she still lays at the bottom of the tank under plants. She is still alive as her fins and gills are still moving. Once in a while she will swim around, but usually she just lays there. This is not normal, as I have had her for 5-6 months, and usually was swimming around all the time like the male still does. Does she have some kind of parasite? Is there something I can do to help her? Add'l info: keep tank at 80 degrees, have 6 brillant rasbora, 2 bolivian rams, a dwarf gourami, and a redfin shark in the tank as well. (all ok)
