4 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoIf a waiter is lazy and seems to not care about his customers, should he expect 15% gratuity, if any at all?
During a recent dining adventure, a waiter did not seem to have any drive or care if we were satisfied. When we asked for a refill (as if we should have to) he brought back a warm glass of our beverage for us to pour into our glasses with ice. He mumbled and never smiled from beginning to the end. I never heard a thank you.
