I bought the Nikon Nikkor Non-AI 55mm F3.5 P Micro Nippon Kogaku Lens 55/3.5 for a Nikon D5300 camera. The company wants to send me a Nikon AI Micro-Nikkor 55mm f3.5 lens instead. They said it was a newer and better version. Being an amateur (bought for a photography class) I don't know if that's the case.

I own a checking account and that's the extent of my financial set up. I have about $1000 that I would like to invest towards my future. Advice on whereto start or even recommended reading would be helpful. Thanks.

I recently tried to cancel my gym membership and I was told that I need to give a 30 day notice to cancel. I tried to get the gym to explain their policy and they couldn't give me a good reason why they need a 30 day notice. While suing for my monthly due is probably not ideal, I wonder if it is possible to bring a class action lawsuit against the franchise for requiring members to pay for something many of them will never use. most members stop going to the gym after they give their 30 days.

Ive known this guy for over 3 years. I consider him a good friend. When I had my old android phone, his name always appeared twice on my contact list (as 2 separate contacts) even though I recalled only entering it once. I didn't think much of it then because it was an old phone. I bought a new phone recently and all was well until tonight when he texted me. His name suddenly appears twice in my contacts. I responded, but my response only shows in one of the contact. He's the only one in my contacts that this happens to. I wonder if my buddy who I consider family has hacked me or if there's a reasonable explanation. He's a military person.

This summer I am planning to take photography and film classes. If all goes well, I will be changing my major to one of these. Nobody saw him hurt himself and his camp didn't know about a preexisting injury because they were as shocked as everybody else when Rafa called the trainer.

Remember I told you all during last year's FO that the guy who wrote Spadea's book got some inside info that WADA was on Rafa's case about drug testing and suspiciously Rafa lost to Soderling like two days after I posted it. Well, I just read part of the ITF antidoping rules and it turns out that the ITF has something called Target Testing where they could target any player for making sure people are compliance with the rules and Rafa and some of the other Spaniards were targeted at the FO last year. Rafa, Ferrer, and Verdasco were all tested twice before the Quarters which is very unusual. I called bs because I knew frome relaible sources that he had WADA on his case and he never once called for a trainer in his match or said he was injured until after he lost. I knew something wasn't right and even if Rafa got caught the ATP would never ban one of their biggest stars.
