invisible processes using a lot of ram?
On idle, my laptop uses about 60 - 80 percent of its memory, and I can find what is using it all.

My laptop was a bit slow so I went into task manager and noticed that under CPU in performance, it said that I had only 1 core, even though I have a dual core processor. I went into msconfig and then into boot and click advanced settings so that I could change this, but it won't let me switch to 2 cores, and only gives me the option of one core. Please help

This has happened 3 times now and it is getting annoying. What happens is my PC will turn off randomly by it s self, usually while i m playing games on it.
