do you guys know any good exercise routine you may want to share?

we're both 5,7, i honestly never expected to be someone my height, but i love him and it doesn't matter to me. However he told me not to use heels anymore bc i'll look taller than him.

I love wearing heels and tbh i'm used tobe the tallest of my friends with or without them.

Should I listen to him or try to convince him it's not wrong?

Imagine the models when they use heels with their bfs, most likely look taller.

first of all i don't wanna seem ungrateful, it's just that normally guys take some time to choose the ring, maybe asking your friends or family about their opinion before making the decision to buy it.

My amazing boyfriend gave me a surprise and showed it to me in a photo (before actually proposing) and i'm frustrated because i understand its the intention but cmon not even buying the one i like?!! it's me who would wear it not him.

I love my bestie so much, we've been friends for almost 10 years, she's like my sister and the only friend my family truly loves.

She is such a wonderful girl, very nice, educated, and has a good heart, however she's always been struggling with low self steem.

Lately she got heartbroken and she has never been in a serious relationship nor she knows how it feels to be truly in love.

2 weeks ago she confessed to me that she lost her virginity to a random guy she met on a dating app (tnder), and she even agreed to arranged the meet up merely for sex. The guy knew she was virgin, but did it anyway.

I scolded her and told her to respect and value herself more, at the beggining she acted as if she didn't care about having lost her virginity, but after my long sermon she ended up crying and admitted she wants to work on her selfsteem and that she feels very low for doing such thing.

Anyway, i know what's done is done but i'm concerned about her mentality, i cried and i love her to death, i want her to feel worth it, that she deserves way more than she thinks and it breaks my heart that such low selfsteem lead her to commit low actions. I may sound like a mom and it's none of my business but i am worried for her. I hope one day she will meet the right guy but as well find a motivation to see life in a different way.

Okay, i don t wanna sound materialistic nor a golddigger, but I think some women can relate.

I like this guy, he is amaaazing and a gentleman, he s 8 years older than me though. I always date older people. I am studying university and thank god i ve never had any economic problems. I m not saying I m rich, but money was never a problem for our family.

This guy studied university but works in a small business of middle eastern cosmetics.

He doesn t have enough money like I do, but he s very hardworking.

I m confused because I know he is a very good guy but I don t know if i could be with someone that can t provide stability.

My father always told me to find someone who is the same as us, or better, but never less than what i m used to.

Is it wrong that I worry about possible money problems if i end up with him?

recently my boyfriend has been acting distant, and he explained it's because of our frequent fights (which he initiates most of the time). So we've talked about this and i told him that if he feels unsure or with less interest it's okay to break up, but he doesn't agree, he says we should work on the relationship, but he doesn't do anything to change or to make it better!.

He hasn't talked to me in this week, and i'm honestly tired, i'll break up with him.

Why does he act like this if he isn't interest and i've offered him to break up (in case the guy is coward).

My boyfriend is very charismatic and sweet, i m not, however i am the type of person who shows love through actions.

He gets upset because i don t call him love or baby, and i know i will sound ridiculous but it s hard for me to show affection, i had a very bad experience in my past (sexually abused) that caused me a trauma when it comes to showing affection physically and verbally, and i hate myself because it s so simple but it s something difficult i m trying to work on.

What should i do?

i m NOT an alcoholic, i only drink during occations, like Christmas, formal dinners, or a meetup with friends and i barely have 2 drinks in a row, so my boyfriend told me he wants me to stop drinking completely because his background (muslim/middle eastern) don t see that well and wouldn t like his family nor future kids (if he has it with me) to ever think or see alcohol in our home. I get his point and i accept it but i am not an alcoholic and i think he s giving too much importance to his family. He s not like them, and the moment he chose to be with me (non-arab christian) he knew what was he getting himself into.

Should i see this as a red flag? or am i being close minded?

I asked him the other day if he had sexual encounters in the past, he became very defensive and told me what is the point of talking about the past, and it's in the past.

The problem is that well, i know my friends before him and it's a way we greet in my country and second hugs are not bad intended, but he's arab and he stated arabs think like this, though i have plenty of arab friends who are more chill.

The other day i receive a msg from my ex asking me if we could meet since he's leaving my country for good, (got problems with his work permit and is going back to the states) and we're most likely to never see each other again. Even though I saw him on july of this year thinking it would be our goodbye, he asked me if we could meet, the problem is, IM CONFUSED! i don't wanna go and make a tremendous mistake since i'm seriously thinking to marry my current boyfriend, but at the same time i don't wanna regret not seeing him for the last time, he's the person i truly loved, he hurted me but he is the only one that make me feel like this, and gave him everything.

What decision should i take? seeing him or not?

I got amazing friends, supportive family and incredible boyfriend but I still feel empty, and no, i m not ungrateful, but can t help feeling this way, is it normal?
