How old is to old when dating?

So at around 8 o'clock last night I started to feel really sick. I had a headache and stomachache all day. At around 9 I felt like I was gonna throw up. When I went to the bathroom to throw up blood came out. It was a bright red color. Although it was a small amount I'm still worried. What could have caused me to throw up blood?

P.S. No one will take me to the doctor or hospital cause they think I'm not really ill and I'm only 15 so I can't drive yet.

Ok so this is gonna sound really stupid but I started talking to this guy and one day we were just asking each other questions. He pointed out that he never seen anyone nude and asked me if I have and I told him no. Next thing I know there is a picture of his penis on my phone screen. He kept trying to get me to send him a nude photo back but I didn't want too. So he got mad at me and now he doesn't wanna talk to me. But I still wanna talk to him. I know that sounds completely stupid and I shouldn't wanna talk to him still but I do. So how can I get him to start talking to me again? By the way we're both 15 so I know it's not legal to sext (that's also another reason I didn't do it. Not that I would have done it even if we were both of age.)
