my brother died recently and his wife has been living with a man (loser who lost custody of his own child) and their living off my brothers death benefits. Do my parents, my niece's grandparents have any rights of visitation in colorado. We're all worried about my neice, but don't have "proof" that she is in danger. Is there anything we can do?

I heard that Republicans don't campaign to blacks because no matter what they do they'll only get 5-10% of the vote. and Democrats don't care about blacks because no matter what they do they'll get 90-95% of their votes....what do you think?

capitalism is an observation on how people will behave naturally when left to their own devices whereas socialism is a manufactured economic system that requires the "perfecting" human nature. What are your thoughts? I know changing human behavior is not easy, but is it even possible??

that being the case, is America giving too many entitlements to the poor in this country. Then number of people on Food stamps has gone up 70% since 2007. Unemployment benefits seems to keep coming. Is there a way to make people want to work 40+ hours a week and maybe even become rich?

I'm interested to know what liberals think about the fair tax. We obviously have a problem with our current tax code and the rich can always find loopholes. The fairtax taxes when people spend money, therefore the rich who buy more would pay more, no loopholes. Could Liberals and Conservative agree on a reform like this?
