  • Help with my fantasy baseball team?

What do you think of my fantasy roster? What moves (if any) do you think I should make?

    C- Mike Napoli

    1B- Michael Cuddyer

    2B- Neil Walker

    3B- Ian Stewart

    SS- Hanley Ramirez

    OF- Drew Stubbs

    OF- Alfonso Soriano

    OF- Colby Rasmus

    Util- Derrek Lee

    Util- Adam LaRoche

    BN- John Buck

    BN- Ike Davis

    BN- Yunel Escobar

    BN- Ryan Doumit

    BN- Franklin Gutierrez

    SP- David Price

    SP- Bronson Arroyo

    RP- Jonathon Papelbon

    RP- Kevin Gregg

    P- Brandon Morrow

    P- Tommy Hunter

    P- John Danks

    P- Ian Kennedy

I've been thinking about going after Trevor Cahill, but I don't know if he's going to be that good this year. I wanted to draft him in my fantasy draft, but got Tommy Hunter instead.

Also, I haven't had much luck this year so far as long as injuries go. My first round draft pick was Adam Wainwright (guess that's what I get for drafting so early)

  • Yankees fans and Cliff Lee?

I have a few things for Yankees fans running their mouths about Cliff Lee.

    1. I know it was only a few of you. Most of you came in, watched the game, and minded your business. But it only took a couple of idiots to ruin it all for you (Now you know how Phillies fans feel. Anyway, back to the topic). You spit on Cliff Lee's wife, and it cost you, well, Cliff Lee. I know what Cliff Lee said. But what is he supposed to say? "Yeah, they spit on my wife and that's why I'm wearing a Phillies uniform?" His wife herself said "They spit on me." You spit on her. Not you, personally, most likely, but it only took two fans. It sucks, but it's true.

    2. Leebron? Really? Cliff Lee went back to the city he loved, the city that he never wanted to leave. He joined Halladay, Hamels, and Oswalt, not because he couldn't handle the pressure of being the only ace, but because he thought it gave them all a legitimate chance to win. Every player wants to win. There's not a single player out there who wants to lose. There's not a single person in the world who wants to lose! He loved Philly. He loved the fans, loved the city, loved it all. LeBron James he is not.

    3. This just goes to show you; money really can't buy you everything

So, stop the screaming. Stop the yelling. I'm a Phillies fan, and I'm overjoyed that Cliff's back (although it doesnt really matter how many runs you don't give up if you can't score any runs in the first place, but that's a different argument for a different day). Why can't we all just be civil and voice our opinions peacefully?

And just so that this doesn't violate the Y!A Guidelines, who's going to have more wins in 2011; Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt, or Cole Hamels?

  • Is there anything that Cliff Lee can't do?

Double in first at-bat in a long time, off of the two-time Cy Young winner. So they either need to stop DH'ing him or get him in the NL.

  • Is this a claw or antler moment?

"This" being AL champions, of course.

  • Does Roy Halladay's No-Hitter....?

Seal up his case for NL Cy Young? Or will it not count because it's in the postseason?

Think about it. Individual pitchers shouldn't be left out of the running because their team couldn't make it to the playoffs, but Roy Halladay just threw his second no-hitter of the season...

    What's your opinion?
