I'm 23. I work 3-4 night's a week from 5:30 PM to 4am (Thurs-Sun). I find myself sleeping up to 12 hour's a day when I am not working. I seem to stay up till 2am or later on my day's off and don't get up till 2pm. It is affecting my life. I wake up lethargic and always complaining about it and how I wasted my day. Yet I try to change it but it is hard to b/c my body feels tired when I don't sleep 10-12 hour's. I want to change my sleep schedule, so I have more time in my day to spend with my loved one's and take care of priorities. I want to go back to college, but with this schedule there is no way possible. Any suggestion's.

I used to bite my nail's when I was younger and I've stopped now. When my nail's grow they are weak and tear or break easily. I use Sally Hansen Thicken Up daily, but it has only helped a little. What are food's, vitamin's or treatment's that help strengthen and thicken nail's?

I am hosting a sober BBQ for I.T.C. a drug court program and need some music that is not offensive. It can't refer to drug's, cuss, be gang related, or derogatory in any way.
