I am a freshman at a high school in my town. I am wanting to know if I should switch high schools and go to this other public high school in my town my sophomore year. At my high school I have a solid amount of friends and cool people but I don't have those few friends I am extremely close with. The school in general is a little below average (I'm saying its ghetto and has an ehh education). I am a suburban white kid and there are more people common to me at this other school. I've seen pictures and heard of some people who I feel like I could be solid bros with at the other school which has a better education and is less ethnic/ghetto and throw WAY better parties. The only problem is I don't actually KNOW these people. They are also like extremely popular (I'm pretty popular too but not as much as them) so I want to know if I have a shot at being close friends with them. My older brother switched to this school when he was a sophomore and he turned out to be a legend. I think my choices are either stay where I am and be about a 6 in terms of high school being awesome, OR I could switch schools and it would possibly become a 10 but nothing is garunteed. What should I do?
