I work in a 3 person team. My two coworkers are best friends. I suggest something they both put it down. Then when we meet with our supervisor, all of a sudden my idea becomes one of theirs and they get all the credit!

OK I was stupid and in order to purchase a home I went in partnership with a male "friend". Just a friend and nothing else. All was going great when I paid most of the bills and all he had to worry about was his 1/2 which often was not forth coming. Well things changed and he had to start helping because I was not making enough to cover my bills and the 1/2 of the house bills. Now he is being an twit. Does nothing to maintain the home, pays very little, is obnoxious and mean. Get this he made a Christmas dinner and offered me none. I have a fused back and he won't help shovel the snow!! He's called me down, called me stupid and he expects me to be his friend? Am I nuts!? Is this mental harassment? Should I have him forcefully evicted? Can an oral contract be legally enforced?

She does it when I am late getting home or if I make a short road trip and miss the regular routine.

Is this separation anxiety? She is a rescue dog, very gentle and timid for a Rotti.
