so i kinda have muffin top fat. but im not fat. im 5'3', 15 yrs. and 110 lbs. so im average weight. how do i lose the muffin tops?! i need to lose in like 2 weeks before lake house trip

i wanna get tan but im not going to use tanning lotion or spray and i dont wanna go to a tanning salon. i just wanna be outside in the sun for a while(natural tans are best) so can you tell me like what kind of butters or oils that i can rub on before i go outside? but not tanning oil. you know, just something to help me out. thanks!(;

ok i have really REALLY naturaly blonde hair. i'v never ever used dye before. so obviously i'll go to a salon. anyways since its summer i wanted to dye the tips of my hair a light pretty blue. would that work? or what other color? and where should i get it dyed? just the tips or streaks or what?
