Macbook Air 2017 model become dead in 1.5 years and service center asked to change Logic Board. Can I trust further on Apple products?
One of my friend bought Apple Macbook Air 13 inch in November 2017 and it become unresponsive in August 2019. While checked in an Apple's service center (Cost of checking Macbook is Rs. 2500/-) they told that Logic board is dead so need to replace at cost of Rs. 43000/- (Nealy the 2/3 cost of new Macbook). Is it worth it? Should I trust again on Apple. What if the new Logic Board become dead after 6 months of warranty? Should I buy new Windows laptop?
