  • Why do I get so thirsty at night?

I've done some research on this, and I've found that if you don't eat right it could be a factor. I have a great balanced diet because I am very healthy, and I've looked up symptoms for Diabetes and I only have 2 of the symptoms for it. It doesn't seem like it is getting to the point where I should see a Dr. It is just SUPER annoying having to drink 2 bottles of water before i go to bed, then running up 2 flights of stairs in the morning to go to the bathroom! I don't know if this would contribute to thirst, but i shake a lot when i get hungry. But i am pretty sure everyone shakes when they get hungry enough. Any ideas?

  • Why does physical pain seem to help numb my emotional pain?

I grew up cutting myself out of a coping mechanism. I know, its stupid. go ahead and tell me how dumb i am. get it out of your system now. Anyway, now that i can control most of the physical pain i seem to long for, my emotions are taking control, and that hurts worse than the physical pain so i want to lean back to cutting, pulling my hair, or even banging my head on stuff or punching myself. I don't want to live like this. Breathing and counting doesn't seem to work. I seem to have high anxiety levels about the littlest things also. Can anyone help without mean criticism? This is how desperate i am to find an answer without paying for a counselor.
