  • i cut a piece of my 2 fingers off at work?

    im 15 years old, i worked on a deli for 4 days and on the 4th day i was using a meat slicer and i sliced a part of 2 of my fingers off, my fingers were bleeding a lot and the employers were'nt even gonna take me to the e.r. i didnt sign anything saying that i was properly trained, i didn't bring a workers permit, i didnt sign anything at all. also i live in chicago. Im thinking of persuing a case against the store, is there anything i should know ahead of time??
