Is it safe to assume that if this person is too lazy or arrogant to offer a counter-argument further than "that's wrong" then I can simply explain my argument and pronounce that I am by default temporarily correct until further challenge?

I am 13 years old in middle school track and field

1600m PB (personal best) is 5:36.4(I am aiming to beat 5:32.5)

800m PB is 2:40.9

400m PB is 1:08.5

my question is what I should try to beat for the 400m and the 800m, because that's what I am running for our invitationals because the open 1600m is taken by two 5:10-5:25 8th grade milers. I have always done the 1600 and have that down but I have only started running quarter and half miles this year.

the last question I asked, someone just said "that's very good!" so if you don't know anything about running DON'T ANSWER, also the reason I don't ask my coaches is because they won't tell me for some stupid reason.
