what is a good gps system for a blind person?
I am a computer repair person with a customer who is blind (he hates the term "sight impaired"). He wants a gps system that is voice activated so he can walk with his guide dog and in an emergency let someone know exactly where he is. Anyone with any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks in advanced

Gateway laptop, original hard drive failed, ordered recovery cd's from gateway, first set had some scratches, so second set was sent. Still will not install on the new hard drive. Old drive was Hitachi, the new exact same specs, except it was Western Digital. Formatted the drive with their iso format, runs through all the disks (system disk, and 2 recovery disks, and reinsert system disk), says windows is preparing your computer, and then get error message that windows could not be installed on this computer's hardware. Also unplugged the bios battery and reset bios, but still the disks will not work. Any suggestions out there?
