  • Where can I find exactly what United States Congressional bills say and who votes for them?

    Right now, I'm trying to find the exact text of and who voted for what for the Joe Wilson rebuke, but I can't find it anywhere on the Congressional website. I don't know what the House bill/resolution/whatever else it might be called is named. I want the answer to this question to be able to be applied to other bills as well (like the upcoming health bill, past bills, and other future bills).
