3 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoHow many idiots actually believe the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) is ok?
In late 2010, the TSA put in place new procedure guidelines instructing agents to use their “palms and fingers” to “probe” airline customer bodies for hidden weapons, including breasts and other private parts.
On April 15, CNN reported that people who complain about naked body scanners and intrusive airport pat-downs will be investigated as terrorists and criminals.
Lawmakers around the country have introduced legislation designed to rollback the pat-downs after the public and airline employees voiced complaints. In March, legislation was introduced into the Texas House of Representatives directly challenging the authority of the TSA in airports within the state and specifically aimed at criminalizing the use of naked body scanners and enhanced pat-downs.
Besides molestation theres huge amounts of radiation and now there in bus stations and soon to be in train stations, malls, hotels and yes even street corners.

8 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoWhy is Obama still our president?
Libya military actions are unconstitutional.
The Constitution makes the president "commander in chief." He is authorized to conduct war, but not to start one. The Founding Fathers said, "The Congress shall have power ... to declare war." They also said no state shall "engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay" — "without the consent of Congress."
Congress decides.
Obama did ask for consent, and received it — from the Arab League, and on the United Nations Security Council from the governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Gabon, Lebanon, Nigeria, Portugal, the United Kingdom and South Africa. He did not ask for the consent of senators and representatives of the United States.
