I had severe back pain in my shoulder blades which a hot water bottle helped a little but started to ache again when I had a glass of water, I could of cried with the pain it was so bad, it was at the bottom of my shoulder blades. Thanks

In the last year and a half I've lost 6 stone by dieting and walking. I still have more to lose and I'm saggier than my grandmother (I'm 27) I've just started the gym and want to know if there's a cream, oil or maybe a natural remedy to help the process of firming/tightening/toning, not looking for an easy way out just something to use in conjunction with my exercising. All answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Why when you play a certain VHS or video the picture (but not sound) keeps cutting out but when you rewind or fast forward it play normally? It's only one of my VHS not any other so I know it's not the player

It's SO painful, on the top right of my head bit near the back, it's sharp and makes me disorientated, vision goes blurred and I cry out in pain. I have been under HUGE stress the past year, what with deaths, near deaths, illnesses, promises of death to come soon, relationship trouble and exams. I wonder is it prob stress or should I be more worried?
