I rent a house from a family member and he has a home equity loan on it he has not pay any payments for past three months, the home is paid for only has the one home equity loan and it is $24,800 when would the bank foreclose on the home ?, also is there a way I can make payments on the loan and get my name added to the house deed?

Can my employer make me work a 12 hour shift and not pay overtime just give me 4 hours off another day?

I work for a security company Allied Bartron and the account manager there is making some of us guards work 12 hours shifts when someone calls off or when someone is on weekend military drill,

I am full time do 5 days 8 hour shifts when I stay over for four hours I only get four hours off on another work day I never get paid any overtime

is my employer alllow to do this, do I have to work over ?

the state I live in is Kentucky.

so me and my ex-girlfriend had a child he's 3 months old and we try moving in togather in my home but did not work out, anyways she went to the court house took out an epo on me just to make me look bad everything she sad is a lie. we will be going to family court in a few weeks, so my Question is she has another child thats five years old about two years ago she was found unfit by the courts and cps and the child went to custody to her boyfriends mother/grandmother, also she has took out epo's on her other childs father past years ago.

will the courts allow this information to be use when I try to get custody of my son.

ok a guy walk into a beer joint and got a bottle of vodka the cashier seen that the person had a firearm on him after he left the cashier called police about it, police later seen him walking down the street and stop him and found a gun a Kel-Tec plr-16 witch is a small m-16 type pistol shoots .223 rounds that was on a sling around his neck it had a full mag in it and he also had two more full mags in his pockets also a bottel of vodka. the police said he was drunk and they locked him up also he does not have a permit to carry a firearm. so what can happen to him when he goes to court ? he has never been in any trouble befor.
