  • Best PS4 Games?

With Christmas coming up, the grand item on my wishlist is a PS4. My parents agreed that if I pay for half of the price, I will definitely be receiving for Christmas.

So since I nearly have enough for for the PS4, what games should I get to go with it? My parents limited me with five to start off with.

I have two games which I am dead set on asking for, which are Assassin's Creed Unity and Dragon Age Inquisition, and one game which I am on the fence about, which is Destiny.

What are your recommendations for games?

  • How do I create a calorie deficient?

So I'm trying to shed some pounds prior to the start of hockey season, and ultimately weigh around 160 lbs. by the end of my sophomore year of high school. But I've been having trouble maintaining a daily calorie deficient

Here's my progress, if you could call it that; I cut my calorie intake down to 1,680 calories [a bit above the bare minimum of required daily calories], made it so I can exercise for an hour a day [half hour cardio, half hour body weight exercises], and watch what I eat almost religiously.

But here's my problem. Lets say I run for 20 minutes and burn roughly 300 calories. My family, who isn't doing all they can to support my weight loss, tells me to eat something. I whip up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with minimal amounts of both ingridients, and boom, I just ate 365 calories. It's as if my workout had never happened.

It is so incredibly frustrating. How am I supposed to create a calorie deficient if calories seem so unavoidable? Even healthy foods can cost me upwards of 200 calories!

  • How can I lose weight for hockey for hockey season?

First some basic information about me; I'm 15 years old and I stand around 5'4" and weigh around 180 lbs. I'm a blue-liner, and my tryouts start the week after Thanksgiving.

I've always been kind of a bigger kid, which isn't an awful thing for a defense man. I've just felt that it's gotten a bit too excessive this last year or so. I want to slim down a little bit for my personal health and appearance, but I also want to improve my speed and stamina.

Can I please have some recommendations on some healthy foods I can eat, as well as some exercises to do?

    Thanks!

  • How do I add Skyrim Mod to my PS3?

The mod in question is this; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w016g4mWO8M

I followed the instructions of this video, though I'm not entirely sure if I saved it correct; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa9dKXt0H6s

I created a folder called PS3, and in that I have a folder called SAVEDATA. Inside of that is a folder called US, and inside that is a folder that is a string of numbers, beginning with B. I'm trying to download it again as I type this, so I can't remember off the top of my head.

I've never done this, so an in depth explanation on how to save the file correctly would be great. Thanks!

  • My girlfriend is a lot more "experienced" than I am?

At the start of my Freshman year, a girl and I clicked and quickly became great friends. Over the summer, we got closer and decided to go out. But the more and more I know about her past, especially when it comes to relationships, the more uncomfortable I get.

It started out small when she asked me the other day if I had lost my virginity. I said I haven't and she laughed. I asked if she had, to which she revealed that she's had four partners, two of which were girls, and has had sex six times. She saw I was kind of taken aback by this and she kind of got upset, calling herself easy and a slut. I didn't say anything, but I do think that she's done way too much way too young.

I don't really know how to put my feelings into words. I just feel bothered and a little worried that she might cheat. Also, I strangely feel jealous that she's done all this stuff with other people and isn't' incredibly physical with me. Can I have some advice?

  • Nervous for my first day of Sophmore year?

My first day back to school is on Thursday, and I'm just really nervous. I don't think I used Freshman year to my advantage, meaning I only have a handful of friends, where it seems like the rest of the kids in grade not only knew everyone on a best friend status, but were super friendly with upperclassmen.

The thing I'm most worried about, I think, is what lunch period I'll have. Freshmen get first lunch, a number of Sophomores share this period. Then the rest of the Sophomores go afterwards. I'm just worried that I won't be with any friends. If they do this at your school, do you know how they decide which Sophomores get which period? Like, is it completely random, by last names, etc?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

  • Girlfriend spent a night with her best friend; I feel incredibly jealous and upset with her?

I should probably mention off the bat that our relationship is long distance because I had to move temporarily due to work. It's manageable at most points though, because we talk nearly every day.

Last night we were skyping, which we do almost every night after work unless something comes up or either of us aren't feeling up to it. I asked her what she was doing and said that her friend Drew was coming over and they were just going to hang out. This didn't shock me, as Drew is a really nice girl, and if it weren't for her, I wouldn't have met my girlfriend, let alone be dating her. I expected her and Drew to skype me for awhile, because they always do when she comes over. Instead she hung up the call. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now it's really bothering me.

Later that night, she texted me "Drew's cuddles are almost as good as yours c;". I laughed it off. She then sent me a picture of them touching each others boobs. At this point I was really uncomfortable so I just ignored her text and calls, figuring she'd get the message. Instead, she sent me similar pictures, and a video of the two of them shotgunning.

My girlfriend admitted to dating girls in the past, and something similar has happened before. Am I just overreacting, or do I have a right to be upset? How should I talk to her about it?

  • Can you use your phone at all on an airplane?

I'm going to Florida this Saturday. I know you can't text on an airplane because it interferes with the communications system.

But can you use your phone at all? Like, for games or music?

  • My girlfriend's Galaxy S4 is not receiving texts from me?

I have an iPhone 5s running on iOS 7.1.2, and have had no problems with texting in the past. However, last night, around 8:00 PM EST, my girlfriend was no longer receiving my texts. I received her texts fine and sent a reply with no issue. Then she started frantically spamming my phone because my messages apparently weren't sending.

I've been trying to explain to her that it's not my phone with the issue, as I can receive and send texts from anyone fine. She states the same thing.

I've reset my network settings, as that was a recommendation by a friend, as well as manually powered my phone off and turned it back on to "restart" it.

She said she has tried powering it on and off again, but to no avail. I don't know much about Galaxy S4 settings, so I don't know a solution to the problem.

  • Would this be going against the essay guidelines?

I have to write an essay on Anthem by Ayn Rand for school over the summer, and to go along with the theme of the book, one of the guidelines for the essay is no use of the word "I".

It need a minimum of two quotes, and my more effective quote has the word "I" in it.

Would this be going against the guidelines, or does that not apply to it because it's a quote from the book?

    Thanks!

  • How would I confess to something terrible?

Let me start by saying that I am fully aware that what I have done is terrible, so I do not need another guilt trip.

My girlfriend and I met a year ago yesterday, but she didn't meet the real me. This is because the online dating profile she saw wasn't me, but a fake. I have been "catfishing" her. She never asked to meet in person or video chat, and rarely asked for new pictures, so I never had any reason to worry.

But recently she asked me to visit, as it's summer, and has asked me nearly every hour for the past three days to snapchat. I knew I had to come clean at this point, so I sent her a real picture of myself, saying it was a picture of my friend. She then asked if my "friend" had a kik, as her friend wanted to talk to me. So I kik'ed her, and apparently she liked me. The real me.

I'm not really attracted to her physically. But she is sweet, and I am astonished that she likes me for the real me. I wouldn't say we're exactly dating, but I have gotten closer than I should have. I want to let her down easily, so that I can confess to my girlfriend. I want to keep both of them in my life, but the second girl as a friend. But I feel that what I have done is too terrible to be forgiven.

    Can I have some advice?

  • Is it okay to be a wallflower?

So long story short, my freshman year of high school has ended, and I have become known as the quiet kid. I only have a small set group of friends, while it seems the rest of the class is a tight-knit community. I just feel like I lost my opportunity to be on the same social playing field as everyone else. I feel like I can make small attempts to come out of my shell, but nothing over the top.

But this isn't a sob story. To be honest, I really don't mind my situation. I've always been like this. I've kept to myself, save a group of close friends. I prefer solitude over going to parties and events, unless I know my family or friends will be there. Also, I just feel that I won't be on perhaps the best path if I become more like the quote unquote popular kids. Just a highlight of the events involving some of these people include a gun threat, drug deal, and a sex scandal.

So my question is, is it okay to choose to be shy, rather than having a artificial outgoing personality?

  • Should I join the Stormcloaks or the Imperials?

I'm planning on making Dunmer who is an Arcane Assassin, meaning he prefers to stay hidden and make sneak kills, but can hold his own in full out battle, relying mainly on Destructive spells.

I was reading about it and I found that the Dunmer were liberated from the Empire. Therefore, playing as the Imperials wouldn't make much sense.

More importantly, I'm looking for the questline that is more enjoyable. I haven't played either questline, so I don't know what to expect.

    What would you recommend?

  • How do I talk to my girlfriend about oral sex?

Firstly, don't go and assume I'm a "disgusting male pig". Please read my question and don't jump to conclusions.

My girlfriend and I have been dating for roughly seven months, and it's been great. She's everything I could ever ask for and more. About three weeks ago, we performed our first sexual act as a couple. I went down on her and from what I could tell, she really enjoyed it.

After I finished, I sat up and jokingly asked if she'd return the favor. She blatantly told me that "Giving head is gross." I didn't really make that big of a deal at that point.

Since then, I've done many sexual favors for her. Yet still, she'll hardly even touch me. I'm fine with waiting until she's ready, but it's starting to become frustrating because I keep performing for her while she does nothing for me.

  • Question regarding Ayn Rand's book Anthem?

I have to read the book Anthem for school. I've been reading for about a half hour or so, and I'm am greatly confused by something; are these "groups" I guess you could call them [Equality 7-2521, International 4-8818, etc.] made up of more than one individual or not?

The book seems to conflict in this; for example, throughout what I've read so far it refers to the group as we. But on one of the first pages, it reads "and it is strange to see only two legs stretched on the ground, and on the wall before us the shadow of our one head."

Could somebody explain this to me? This is the only factor about this novel that is confusing me at this point in time.

  • Can someone help me with explaining WiFi to my family?

Alright, nearly my entire family [direct and extended] have iPhones, and they're all on the same plan. Anyways, at the end of the month, we just barely use up all of the available data. I admit, I do use the internet a lot, but I always make sure that my phone is on WiFi before doing anything. My mom just asked me a few minutes ago if I was connected to the WiFi, to which I responded no, because I wasn't, and had no intention to, use the internet. Then she got mad at me and told me that I should always be connected to the internet.

I've never heard of leaving it on at all times, and tried to tell her that that would drain the battery in a matter of hours.

Can someone please tell me who is right? Should I have my phone connected to WiFi at all times, even if I'm not using, or planning to use, the internet?

    Thanks.

  • Is it possible to pass the Thieve's Guild questline as a High Elf?

I really only want to complete the questline to get the Nightingale armor. But I didn't think to choose a stealthier race with higher skill points in Sneak/Pick-Pocket.

Is it possible to pass the questline? Thanks.

  • I'm more hungry than usual? Is this normal?

I'm not exactly sure when this started happening, but as of recent, I've been feeling a bit more hungrier than normal. For example, I've been bringing more to lunch at school, because my normal meal doesn't seem to sustain me anymore. Or I'll eat a good meal, but then feel hungry an hour or so later.

I thought worst case possible and assumed that it was a tapeworm. Since I've never experience this, I didn't know what to expect. I looked up some symptoms, and learnt that they include but are not limited to dizziness, nausea, and fatigue, along with increased hunger. So far, increased hunger is the only symptoms I've experienced.

It may just be a growing thing, since I'm a teenager.

Any advice on how I should handle this? Thanks.

  • Is it possible to transfer music from one iPhone to another?

Over the weekend, I upgraded my iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5s. The people at Verizon were able to transfer my contacts and pictures, but I completely forgot about asking them if they could transfer my music as well.

Is this possible? Is this something I'd be able to do on my own, and if so, how would I go about doing this? Thank you.

  • I'm very worried about my girlfriend? Please help!?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a little under a year. We're both sixteen, and most people perceive us as the ordinary "dumb young kids" who can't comprehend love. However, that's not true. I love her with every part of my being and I feel confident in saying that she's my soulmate.

These last time I talked to her was on Tuesday, and the last text she sent me was "I wanted water and I got 2$ back in nickels :(". Since then, no text I've sent her has even been answered, let alone replied to. Same goes for my snapchats, they haven't been viewed.

I can't tell if I'm overreacting or not, but I'm really worried. I'm concerned about our relationship, but there's also that biting fear in the back of my mind that she might be in trouble. I don't have the numbers of any of friends or family members, so I can't call and check up on her. Also, we don't live in the same state, and our relationship has been long distance up until this point.

    What are your opinions?
