big question on my cichlid tank and my baby slider and a new tank?
ok before you read this and become the fish police and start scolding me i know i have alot of fish... it gives me more to look at and understand theyre behavior with each other.
right now in a 30 gallon tank i have 16 cichlids
and a couple of other fish all of which are juviniles.
2 pair red zebra + albino-ish?(red eyes soft orange)
1 pair yellow lab + 1 juvinile
1 pair convicts
1 pair rusty peacock
1 pair orange blotch peacock
1 dark electric blue tint with stripes
1 albino ?
1 gray with rusty red anal fin
1 bumblebee
1 goby
1 random minnow
some are a little bit bigger and some are smaller.
ranging from 1 to one being 3 inches.
on the other hand my 30 gallon native tank consists of
1 four inch bluegill
1 three inch crappie
1 six inch yellow bellyd bullhead
1 ten inch marbled pim
1 foot long pleco
1 random shad
and a couple crawdad.
not perfectly native but oh well
i have an extra 20 gallon long tank that im
going to use for my baby slider.
im just wondering which fish i should add with him...
my idea i could possably put my smaller africans in with
the slider, and put my south americans in the
native tank in case they decide to get agressive
due to the population change... im contemplating
taking the crappie and bluegill back to the lagoon.
what do you think. other than fish police...

it was definately an algae eater... hint the giant lips on the bottom of his face. i thought maybe a breed of carp but i googled algae eating carp. and nothing. i was just wondering if anyone had an idea
