I'm planning a fan video for a song, I like the fast moving photo effect more than the video camera, but Idk how much space that would eat up...

I have an adopt an angel for a 14 year old girl who wants clothes, a purse, or makeup. All I have to go on is she likes Taylor Swift. Idk anything about teen fashion (I dye my hair black and listen to death metal), but I was gonna buy her a nice ~$100 purse and get her a gift card to a local clothes store to pick out a couple of outfits. What is a good brand of purse thats in that price range? I saw some really cute guess ones but idk if those are still in style for kids. I want her to have something nice, I remember what it was like and this year I was fortunate enough to have extra money.

Is it illegal for a licensed wedding officiant to perform a commitment ceremony for two people who cannot legally marry? (ie two men in a red state)...and is there a regulation on what must be included in a legal ceremony for it to be binding (other than the license and the intent to be married)...thanks...
