  • can I walk away from a new car purchase before taking possession?

    We signed all of the paperwork for a new car purchase, but did not provide insurance information, so the car cannot be registered. It was a reasonable deal. During this time, another dealer left a message that we could take possession of their (different make/model) car for half the amount.

    A very good deal. My question is weather or not we can walk away from the first deal. They now have the title (but not possession of) for the traded car.

  • I had a spyware infection, erradicated most of it, but has anyone seen this?

    Google and Yahoo both seem to point to

    monstermarketplace, findstuff, shopica, shopping.thinktarget.com and a few others from time to time.

    Ad Aware, McAfee, Spybot all give a clean bill of health, but I know that something is still messing with the search results, and I'm afraid to do any online transactions until this is resolved.
