I'm a sophomore in college and I just recently had the most scarring first year experience living with a roommate and I don't know if I can go through that again. I just got my roommate assignment for a dorm and as soon as I saw the real name of my roommate I got scared.. It could be a good experience but from everything that's happened I feel like I just need a break

I just met this guy and we went to eat fast food, and had a really great conversation but I wasn t really connected to him and I feel like he might be expecting this whole set up to be romantic. And I can t blame him because how can you go eat one on one with someone of the opposite sex and not assume its a date... Making guy friends is hard especially when it has to start with what seems like a date.. I don t wanna just come out and say "I really want to be friends"

My college roommate literally makes me want to be suicidal, she's had such a negative impact in my life and it'd be ridiculously hard to move away so how can I make my life positive again while living there

I just moved from community college to university and to be honest with you I'm so scared. When I started going to school here I felt really confident in myself but as I heard everyone else talk in class I felt inferior. I don't ever want to speak up because I don't feel like I ever have anything smart to say and always get shown up by the philosophical geniuses. It also sucks because I get called on all the time and I'm just afraid

Every time I go to a party guys get so upset when I won't dance on them but I literally just get nothing from dancing on a stranger I have no previous attraction to

I'm moving into a small apartment on campus, where I will sharing a room, bathroom, and closet with one other girl as well as having a kitchen and living room. I decided to put all of my extra stuff in plastic bins so it'd be easier to carry but somehow I ended up with 10 large plastic bins and 3 storage bins..... as well as a suitcase full of shoes and duffle bag full of bathroom stuff.... I feel like I'm bringing so much but 2 is full of bedding, 2 is kitchen and bath, one is full of hangers, and 3 are clothes

I've gone a week and I can't wait any longer

I was offered 8 dollars an hour which is way below regular pay for babysitting, I'm trying to work with the dad because he's a single father but I won't accept 8 dollars. One of his children is slightly autistic and I'll be picking them up from three different places.

It's a problem but I'm only attracted to the guys that treat me like **** idk it turns me on I know it sounds terrible

I am going to community college for a semester then transferring to university, and my transfer advisor advised me to take only 3 or 4 classes which is 9 or 12 credit hours a semester... I thought I had a good amount doing 12 until my sister told me I'm gonna have to take extra at my university to make up for this

I'm never the one who stops replying, they just don't text back and then wait til a mint later to text me again... It especially sucks when you really like the guy and feel like you can't talk to him

So I have had no bangs at all for sometime now and I just really want to change it up. I've seen pictures and videos of girls with curly bangs and it looked soo good. I'm just wondering if I should do it or if I'm gonna regret it

So three months prior I was at the vet and this beautiful boy starts talking to me and telling me all about where he goes to college and all about his dog and I was obsessing over how cute he was to my mom when I got home. And here we are now and my sister is talking to this new guy that I knew looked familiar I just don't know how... And he tells her he met me at the vet and it suddenly clicks.... She's talking to one of the few boys I have ever thought was that attractive.... How and why does this happen
