I slept with this girls mom a few years ago. Now the daughter is texting me saying she misses me. But i have a girl friend!

I had feelings for the daughter and those feeling some back when i talk to her but i love my girlfriend too!

What should i do?

So I'm an average 27 yr old guy. Within about one week 2 of my friends have started giving me the silent treatment for completely unrelated reasons. The first guy (friend of 5 or 6 years) started giving me the silent treatment after we both got wasted the night before... I tried to keep him from driving drunk and he sped off. The 2nd guy (friend and acquaintance for 3 yrs) was after i was joking around with him online and told him to "stfu" and that he didnt know what he was talking about.

So again i ask... am i really that much of an ***??? I have been a really good friend to both of these guys over the years. Giving friend #2 money to drive and see his son when he was broke and offering the other friend a position as vice president of finance for my company. what do you all think, just looking for some opinions here?

The lady living below me smokes all day and and the smoke rises up into my apartment. What can be done to end this? What can the apartment do about it? The smoke rises up the vent shafts and exhaust fans in the 2 bathrooms. I hate the smell of cigarette smoke and have been here for a year. Just renewed the lease and then the smoker moves in...

I want to explore legal ways to deal with this but wouldn't mind hearing creative ways to deal with it either ;-)
