dear margo thankyou for your answer but it's on his side his pic so i have no way of reloading it he says it shows on his end . my little box to enalbe is grey also i was wondering, i have all plugins and when i send them to play they don't work ? any suggestions same as itunes for all contacts have reloaded all over and over and nothing seems to work ?? thankyou again
