  • kenmore washer only working on heavy duty?

    A friends daughter has a kenmore Mod. # 24622300, it will only wash in the heavy duty cycle, was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, it will start the cycle but when it comes time to wash it just stops, I asked her to try again and pull the knob and push it back in to see continues the cycle, have to wait to hear back from her on that. also she said she hears the lid switch clicking when she opens it.
