where is a good website, that i can learn from, i'm using w3schools.com right now, but i need more help, than what they are doing, thanks in advance

here is what i have so far, and can make it work, but, i'm still learning, how do i add more to it, say i want to have more else if statements, i am making a redirect kinda, just messing around, but i want someone to enter a user name, in a form, then have the if, else if, else statement check the name against a list, then if it meets the main one, good, if it meets a lists of second good, if not, goes to else, and gets sent to default

i'm very new to javascript, any and all advice will be greatly appreciated
