So ok I have been playing guitar for 1.5 years and I would love to learn music theory I know postion 1 minor and major pentatonic scale I have heard about intverals (some what know what they are) but would like a lot better understanding of them I know what it takes to build a Major chord=the root the (Major 3rd) that what make it major and the perfect 5th but if you flat the Major third it would be minor chord but could y'all name the best music theory book to purchase on Amazon I WOULD LIVE TO KNOW ALL MY NOTES ON THE GUITAR NECK AND KNOW ALL MY SCALES AND MODES INVERVALS AND SOLO AND HARMONIZE MY MAJOR MY MINOR SCALES OVER CHORDS i would love to be able to play like john frustante from RHCP but anyway back to the question could someone please tell me the best book on amazon for music theory for guitar... thanks.

So I would like to learn to play the bass here are some of the questions what are they used for in a band do I play the roots of what ever the chords are being played by the guitar player is it easy to solo on the bass is it just like the guitar but you only play the notes instead of a chord is it easier then guitar cause I have been playing guitar for 2 years sjould I take bass lessons or just teach myself. Anyway my questions are is like guitar is it easier then guitar should I take lessons amd how to use a bass in a band. Thanks

I would love to start collecting exotic wood acoustic guitars but there are three brands there's dean Ibanez and esp someone said that dean is crap that it is not solid wood the pickups and tuners are cheap but they got 5 stars on a website and have a bigger selection and dean Had all of my favorites that Ibanez and esp don't have. I just don't want to buy and it's crap and have to return it I have to order them online cause all of the music stores where I live don't have them so what should I do... thanks

To solo do I really need to know every scale and all kinds of of music theory please tell me what do I need to practice to be able to solo someone told learn every notes one the fret board and learn the notes in the major and minor scale in every key is that true if so... Uuuuuuuuhhhhhhh

Cause a guy told me if I learn learn all my notes on the guitar neck and if I learn all the notes in each scale I can make up my own awsome guitar solos is this true. I thought you had to learn music theory before you can solo I already know basic music theory.

I have a dog with some aggression but I don't know what kind nor how to train him from it. 1st off he is a 2 year old bulldog got him from a breeder he is fine with everybody in the house we can even touch him when he is eating he just hyper in the house. When he looking out the window at our house and sees somebody walking down the street he barks when we go for rides and he is our car and sees somebody he barks when I take him out I have to see if any neighbours are out cause he will run in there yard and lung at them and bark he also saw some kids next door playing and started to run them down. One time there was a jogger going down my street and my dog chased him down. But he is fine in a nutritional place he just scared of being out in public. What do you think is wrong with him and how do I stop it???

I need help with guitar I feel like I have waisted A LOT of money I have been playing for a year now I thought I was pretty good until I started looking at music theory all these scales and modes and all this music talk I'm all confused I have try to solo but every time I make one up it sounds the same when I try to put bends or slid or vibroto it makes it sound stupid what notes sound good together and my favorite band is RHCP listen to john fruscantie listen to the dani California solo how did he now what use to make it sound good listen to his songs what kind of chords some of the chords in his songs sound wired and chord constrtion WHAT!!!!!!! maybe guitar is not my thing I would like to start over from the very beginning if any knows any good guitar lesson dvd series from the beginning that work your way up to advanced and that helps me with music theory and I would like it to be easy to understand I will be willing to spend $500 if I have to please help me I want to be a great guitarist thanks

I'm looking to get a mutt but I would like a very mellow dog just like the one I had sabout 8 years ago he was mellow very mellow my parents and I would joke around saying he is a pot head dog I mean he was that mellow lay round you could do anything to him and he would not care so how can you tell witch of the puppies are the mellowest one please help

i have a bulldog he is 3/4 english bulldog 1/4 boxer he just turned two... when we pet him he bites at our hands when we sit in a chair and our hands are on the side of the chair he walks by and bites my hand when we put a callor on him or try to put a leash on him he tries to bite i have little brothers and sisters and they pet him or hug him he tries to bite does is he still have puppy in him or is he aggresive and how do stop it???
