Are there geographic restrictions on joining Coast Guard Student Reserve?

I was playing football 3 weeks ago and I hurt my right pinkie. I thought I just jammed it, but last week at the urging of family and friends I sought a doctor's appointment. After an x-ray I learned that it was broken. My finger is looking crooked right now. Will it ever look normal? Will it have to be broken again? How long does it take to heal?

This summer I am writing a manifesto about my political ideology. I normally support Republicans but there are some beliefs I disagree with. I've been looking for parties with such values but I cannot find any. If there is none existing I am planning on naming it the Usonian Party.

1. There are leaders in every group of people, be it race, profession, or country. These people are those who should be in charge.

2. There should be qualifications in order to vote for leaders (The uneducated lose this privilege)

3. Unions are immoral. They are the reason jobs are going to China.

4. The Military should be strengthened to protect our borders and to be ready to overpower any threat (Iran, North Korea). In other words, remove the threat.

5. The government should takeover all failing corporations.

6. Tax is one the government's biggest sources of revenue, taxes should not be cut.

7. Capital Punishment should be an option for all grave offenses.

8. The legalization of medical marijuana sold only through the government for profit.

9. Make gun laws less strict.

10.Cut out support for those without jobs and have no interest in seeking work.

11. Abortion, gay marriage and embryonic stem cell research should be made illegal.

In short the ideals can be described as elitist, militaristic, and ethically conservative. The economy shall be neither capitalist nor communist, but a free-market economy with relatively strong government involvement.

If there are not such parties tell me what do you think of my views.

My Dad grew up in the 50s and he said that the Burpee Seed company used to let young people buy their seeds and then sell them themselves to make money ( similar to the Girl Scout cookies I guess, only for personal profit). Any way I just visited the company's website and I don't see anything like that currently, so I was wondering if there are any similar opportunities out there. I am fifteen and cannot get a steady, normal job until summer so I am only looking for things of this nature not any answers like "get a job" or any links to websites.
