When I was younger, Webkinz was this huge trend but now I'm a teenager with a bunch of these stuffed animals and I have no idea what to do with all of them. I've looked into it a bit and apparently there are 'retired' Webkinz (which I have quite a few of). Are these even in demand? Are they worth any money? If so, approx. how much?

Note: None of them have the tags with the little code on them. Does this bring down their value? They're all in perfect condition.

During the summer I've been watching two children every few days as a summer job. The nine year old girl tends to have these meltdowns that I don't know how to deal with. To start off, let me just say I've know her since she was a toddler and have been watching her for a few years now. Up until a few months ago I'd never had an issue with her, both kids are soo well behaved. But lately she has been having these little episodes when something doesn't go her way (ex. her sibling doesn't want to play the same thing as her)/ Sometimes I'm not even sure what sets her off. Her tantrums consist of heavy attitude and back talking or just ignoring me and saying she's going in her room and not coming out. She's threatened to call her mom at work and get me "fired" and has pretended to call her mom a few times. She will refuse to be near me or her younger sister even if I get her sister to agree to play what she wants or if I fix the problem that had started this all in the first place. I don't now how to make her happy without showing her that throwing tantrums is the correct way to get what she wants. I'm just a teenager and have no idea how to handle this. I threaten to call her mom and it sometimes helps a bit but I never do call her because I don't want to bother her at work. When she comes home I never have the chance to tell her the issue without the kids hearing and by then everything is usually back to normal as her tantrums last about 2 hours at the most. I try ignoring her when she acts up but she just locks herself away or goes into the basement or whatever so I can't watch her. Obviously as there babysitter it's my job to keep an eye on them. She makes comments such as, "I'm going to my room to cry and I'm not coming out," or "I'm going to bang my head into a pillow." I can't just leave her upset all day? It's my job to keep them entertained and happy. What should I do to stop these tantrums? It stresses me out and I'm not sure how much longer I can deal with them...

About 40 year's ago we found a old painting of Queen Victoria in an old government building that was being torn down. Recently we have taken an interest in it and have wondered if it is worth any money. we have googled and are are quite sure it's a print and we haven't found the same picture of her ANYWHERE on the internet. there is no signature, only "queen victoria 1943" and we don't know who wrote it. the frame is old and it shows, but the print itself is in immaculate shape. so, would you think it is worth any money? where could we take it to find out? thanks!

alright so i know that usually a model will pay the photographer to take her pictures, but my situation is a little different... I have been taking modeling pictures for my cousin for about a year, just for fun. I have recently been wondering how we would split the money if we had decided to sell the pictures. we dont have any plans to do so yet and i don't even know where or how we would. so would we split 50/50 or what? what would you guys do, specifically if you are already a photographer? what would be a fair amount?

I didn't know about this until today and I have to wear a costume tomorrow! I obviously don't have time to make anything or buy anything so do you have any suggestions for a costume I could put together with stuff I already have? It has to be quite simple! And nothing bad as Im in middle school at Christian school! Please help! Ps I'm a girl if that matters.. :)

Hi! So right now i have the Canon SX30 IS. I really love it but i would really love to get a newer, better one. I don't have the money right now but I am saving up. I'm guessing my price range will be around 800$ AT THE MOST! I'm planning on selling my current camera before i buy a new one (for around 350$ with all accessories) . I will be using it for macro a lot but also just for normal photography. also for modeling shoots. What would be the best camera possible for my price range? or possibly a bit cheaper. I'm obsessive with having to have my picture super clear so the camera has to have good picture quality. also could you think of any ways i could possibly make money off of my pictures?

Last year for christmas my parents bought me one of those mini labtops for about 250$ (really cheap for a labtop and it wasnt on sale). It worked really well at first and of course being a teenage girl I use it all the time. But for the past 5 or 6 months it has worked really slow and sometimes it won't even let me open the internet. I always seem to have a problem with it. My friend and i had made a music video a few months back and I havent finished editing it yet. Today when i went to open it, it wouldnt load any of it no matter how much time I gave it. It's becoming very frusterating.

Before Christmas i explained this whole thing to my mom and felt really bad for even asking for another labtop (more expensive because obviously the one i have now hasnt even lasted a year!). I didnt get one for Christmas instead i got a kindle (older model, cheaper), books clothes, a tripod and some other little things like hair and face stuff.

Today after getting frusterated and mad at my computer i finally asked about a labtop. Of course i feel terrible for even thinking about that because Christmas just ended, but i need my computer for school and writing and also so i can keep track of my photography and edit it (which my computer wont let me do). I dont know how this is going to work out because I dont expect them to just buy an expensive labtop but at the same time i want them to. they got mad at me and told me we could go get it fixed which we have done before. It helped for about 2 weeksand was also expensive. i frankly dont think its worth it.

do i sound like a terrible daughter? how should i go about this? what should i expect? please help!

Hi! So recently I made a flickr and put all my photography pictures on it. I have only got a few comments, mostly constructive criticism. But I'm still very new to this and I have never taken a class or anything. The comments suggested things like the rule of thirds and stuff. I really don't know what that is... hi so i wanted to know where you guys take pictures. i have a few questions so here they are:

- have you every asks somebody to take pictures on their property? how did they respond?

- could you use those pictures to sell?

- would you have to ask for their permission to sell or give them a cut?

- is it legal to sell pictures taken on government property?

- can you really sell pictures with models in them?

hi! so in about the past year i have been getting into photography. i recently bought a cannon SX30 IS and i love it! i'm only 13 but i'm thinking this could possibly be a career option in the future. but if i even want to thinnk about doing this for a job i need some real opinions. i have asked my family and of course they said they we're great but they have to say that. my parents friends have also seen them and said they thought they were good but again they're obligated to say that. so it would really help me if you gave me and honest opinion. please. im seriously considering this as a career and i'm for sure taking photography next year in high school. i even went out and spent over 500$ (all my money that i had been saving up forever) to buy myself a camera.

i start school tomorrow and i need some new ideas to do my hair. its thick, wavy and a lot of the time its frizzy so wearing it down naturally isnt an option. i usaully straighten it or put it in a ponytail, but that gets boring. i need some ideas on how to do my bangs because i hate them and im growing them out. so i need ideas for:

-different ways to put your bangs back

-different ways to style straightened hair

-cute pony tail ideas

so the past few months i've really gotten into photography, but i've just been using my normal camera. i want to buy one that is made for photography.i most take picture of nature (plants, landscape, sky, animals) but sometime they also include people (i'm not sure if this matters). i know that they cost a lot of money but i'm looking for a cheaper on that still works really good. i dont exactley want to settle for an ok one that takes crappy pictures.so do you guys know of any good cameras for me? thanks!

me and my cousin want to curl our hair nicley, with sort of a nature like look. (if that makes sense lol). or else something like taylor swift. i have naturally wavy hair that frizzes and she has naturally straight hair. we are planning on doing this tomorrow and we dont want to buy a bunch of products. i have shampoo and conditioner for wave and curl enhancing and de-frizzer stuff. so if you have any suggestion on how you do your hair please help us! thx!
