I work at a restaurant and so does she. We are both 19 but she's a couple of months older than I am. I work as an apprentice chef in the kitchen and she's a waitress. I worked with her for a couple of weeks now, but it's only really been over the last couple of shifts that I've worked with her that we've had more contact. For example last night it was quiet so we talked a bit. But I think it was today that I bonded better with her. I was on a split and she was manning the bar, again it was quiet so we spoke and a whole range of topics, work, sport, hobbys,uni. For alot of the time we stood close to each other and made a lot of eye contact. We laughed about a few things and got on well. Anyway enough background

Point is I quite like her but am not sure whether she feels anything. Or am I just someone fun to talk to.

How can I hint to her that I like her, and to see what her reaction is?

I've had a couple of girlfriends. My first relationship, i was such a coward and we didn't really go anywhere in my second, she got drunk at a party and ended up sleeping with someone, and then I beat the guy up and and put him in hospital ( btw we had been going out for two years.) however I think my gf didn't like seeing me angry and that violent, so we split up, which broke me down for a couple of months. I've always had a problem with violence and my temper. ( but never towards women just to make clear)

And about a boy who fights crime. He's maybe 16/17 years old, his mother was murdered in a carjacking with him in the car, and he lives with his Dad, who I think is abusive. We see him working out, at a boxing club and practicing martial arts with a friend. At one point he's in a playground at night and approaches 3 gang members, who he annoys and then attack him. At this point I think he employs his techniques and beats them up. At a few in the film we see him in a police station at and he's looking through photos of criminals trying to find who attacked and killed his mother. A young officer takes him out to lunch to a Chinese place. The couple behind the counter are being really rude, but speaking in their language. He surprises them and the officer by replying to them in their language and swearing at them. I think throughout the film as more criminals are attacked by him, the police and the officer become more suspicious.

Hope someone can help me name this.

I've got an IPod 4th generation, and I've just topped up my account with a gift card. Now I load the iTunes app, press search, type something in and wait for it to load. Then suddenly it crashes. It's done it 3 or 4 times directly after each other. And it's really starting to annoy me.

Does anyone have any idea what's causing it?

I'm using the software version 6.0 (if that means anything).

My gf broke up with me yesterday over email, she said she thought it would just be too awkward face to face. She broke up on account of her going to uni, and then me not being able to see her. She won't be able to come home on weekends so ill only see her every 3-4 weeks or so. She said she thinks i'm so kind and sweet to her and that she hopes we can be friends. She's sorry to do it, but she thinks it's for the best.

Anyway I'm sitting by the phone, wanting to call her but just can't do it. I don't know what to say. I cared about her so much. I thought I was in love with her...

How can I get myself to call her? I really want to but am just having a block. I can't seem to do it. Help??

My girlfriend broke up with me yesterday over email. She said in it that she knows we should be doing it face to face but that it's just less awkward for us this way. She said that she feels we are not working and that the main reason is that once she goes away to uni, she won't even be able to come home on weekends to see me

She also wrote, she think I'm really sweet and kind to her and that she hopes we can still be friends.

I don't know what to do, I'm really upset. But should I call her? Should I wait for her to contact me? (I don't really want to do that).

I was thinking of contacting her though Kik (where we usually chat) and then pretending not to know and then using that as an excuse to call her (btw, I know that's really pathetic and immature). But I'm kind of dreading having to call her, just because I'm so upset and... Idk.

What should I do, what should my next steps be?

I bought Maximucle Cylcone powder 30 day plan 2 days ago. Where you get 3, 1.5kg tubs of the powder to use over 30 days (2 scoops a day). They give you an envelope with a plan in it for 3 days a week, including exercise plan, meal plan and her to take the powder.

However I can't get to the gym, so instead of the suggested plan, I will use Callisthenics as my form of exercise. I do 150 push-ups, leg raises, crunches, planks, dips, pull ups and strenches, all twice a day.

Is it ok for me to use the powder and will I notice any effect after 30 days?

I looked it up on Wikipedia a few days ago but today accidentally closed the page, without saving it or writing the name down.

It's a political book, by a left wing author. The picture of the cover had a black background and the writing was in yellow, it also had quite a long title, maybe 20 words or so.

I'm sure the authors first name is Franz. But can't think of his second name, maybe starts with an F.

As I say it's a strong political book, lots of left wing concepts.

I've started to exercise. I mean this by exercising every day, not like I've started exercising for the first ever...

So I climb a lot, maybe 3-4 times a week. I have started doing push ups in my room every morning and night. I do between 150 and 250, it varies. But I'm find myself becoming frustrated, mainly because I think I should be becoming faster and more fluid with the push ups. But I feel as if I'm not improving much at all.

I've been climbing seriously since January, and have started exercising for the past month or so. I'm focusing more on Callisthenics, rather than working out in a gym.

What can I do so I don't find myself becoming frustrated? How can I improve my technique rapidly?

Also is what I'm doing ok, in terms of enough to gain a bit of muscle? Any techniques you can suggest

I'm in love with my girlfriend. We've been going out for coming up to 5 months, and she's amazing. Wow. She's great, perfect, I love being with her, and I miss her so much when she leaves. I can't stop thinking about her, i feel like i cant breath without her. I'm in love with her.

Bad news. She's leaving to go to college for two years this September. I'm being selfish by not wanting her to go, I want to stay with her (btw I haven't told her that)

I have all these feelings for her, but I do t know what to do with them. Should I tell her how I feel? Otherwise I'll regret it, I know I will.

I have come across these books and am reading them, The Anarchists Cookbook, tactics on guerrilla warfare, U.S army guide to Booby traps, Improvised Munitions Handbook, and a book on improvised weapons and various books by Che Guevara. Is it illegal under British law to own these books and what will happen?

My gf changed her username on Kik today from, (her nickname) <3 (my first initial). So for example it was, .....<3 M. She had had it like this since from my knowledge for about 3 months. I asked her about it once, asking what it meant. And she replied that it was, her username then a heart and then the letter "M", which was someone's initial to their first name. Hinting that it was me.

Today I go on Kik to chat with her and she has changed it from that to just her nickname.

What does this mean, does she still like me the same way?

I don't feel it's necessary to bring it up, but should I?

I'm confused about why she felt like she wanted to change it. Have I done something?

To start, sorry didn't know what section to put it in. Thought I'd post it on the one with the most people. Please answer anyway. I've lost my house keys and there's no one in. There's no neighbours for a few miles. What can I do to keep warm. I'm just wearing jeans and t-shirt since its been so warm today. But now the temperature has dropped to what I guess is maybe 11'C (degrees Celsius).

I have found a choof, which I'm wearing and that's keeping my neck and mouth warm. What should I do for the night?

Btw there's no car I can sleep in.

I've been to St Davids 2 before and would want to go there. I hope we will be there from 10 till 4, giving us 6 hours in Cardiff. Anybody know of fun things to do? Places to have lunch? I want to have a great day with her, can you suggest ways we can do that?

Also if we were taking the train there and want to go to St David's which train station would be best to arrive at.

I went to my cousins funeral on Tuesday, and since then I've been having thoughts about what music would play at mine, what music is

important to me. Now I know this is morbid, dark, and damn right depressing, but go with me. I've been thinking of people reactions and thoughts. Now I have thought about it before, killing myself. I feel like come September ill have nothing else to live for. My gf is leaving to go to college in September, she's been working hard and deserves to go. But the selfish part of me, wants her not to get so she can stay. We've been going out for 5 months but I think I love, she's amazing, perfect. I can't stop thinking about her, she's the one thing I care about into life. And she's leaving. I feel like I can't breath without her, she's perfect. Now there is one thing I need to do (not going to say what it is...) and have been meaning to do for the past 2 months and yet I haven't done it. And I feel so angry, bad, annoyed etc. I feel stupid, it's something that's needed for our relationship to work.

And so I've been commentating death. Now just to be clear, I'm not a depressed or dark person. I have friends, I get on with people and I lead an exciting life, doing many fun, adrenaline fueled activities. But it's just sometimes I have thoughts about whether I can live without her.

What do you think about this, how can feel better? Stop thinking about death?

I think it's a fairly recent film, it's about a psychologist who works in a mental institution. Then his daughter ends up being kidnapped by this this guy, who wants the psychologist to get a number, a code, from the girl in the institute. I think he has a hard time getting it from her because she hasn't spoken since she's been there. He then sneaks her out of the place and to his flat.

Later in the film the kidnapper want to meet our guy at a graveyard, on an island. Him and the girl go the there (i think separately because she escapes and goes on a boat carrying graves on her own) and find that the mental girls father is tied up, I think she gives up the code or key. One of the men from the kidnapper's gang goes into a hole used for graves and it collapses on him, drowning him in dead bodies.

And that's as much as I know, and can remember. So does anyone know what the film is.
