i am not concerned just wondering, if you can not get your period for up to a year after birth if you are breastfeeding. so how would you know if you get pregnant before your period starts up again

so i know that this is a popular question, mild cramping and lots of pressure so much actually it hurts to walk. no contractions, and i have been dilated 3 cm and 80% effaced for bout 3 weeks now. if i walk any longer my legs are going to fall off. i walk and walk i even did step aerobics on the wii fit. the cramps get more painful an and the pressure but still nothing that the dr. would like me to go in for. i am ready. and was wondering if anyone had any advice other then "the baby will come when ready".

i am a first time mom, just about 34 weeks pregnant and starting to get a little nervous. concerned about the whole thing, although very excited to see my little guy, i am terrified! i gues the question is, is it normal to be so scared?
