What are your thoughts on Virginia Senator Jim Webb being Obama's running mate. I think he complements Obama perfectly.

Webb has tons of political experiece.

He has a military background and has fought non stop to ensure our troops are taken care of.

He is from an important state in the south that hasn't been won by a democrat in years.

He also represents change as he was a former republican and could help swing republicans who are on the fence.

What are your thoughts on Jim Webb as VP for Obama?

In a recent speech McCain said the following:

"My friends, I will have an energy policy that we will be talking about which will eliminate our dependence on oil from the Middle East, that will -- that will then prevent us -- that will prevent us from having ever to send our young men and women into conflict again in the Middle East"

What do you make of this comment? I'm shocked that he actually admitted this.

I must say I've seen some pretty dirty stuff come out of the Right wing before. However I have never seen them use this crossover tactic before. Thousands of Republicans in Texas and Ohio crossed over to the Democratic Party for a day and cast their vote for Hillary. They were able to do this because McCain had all but sealed a win for the Republican nomination.

While there is nothing illegal about this I think it says a lot about the Republican Party. They know how to win an election. What they just did was keep the Clinton campaign alive and forced both her and Obama to spend Millions to continue the fight. The Democratic Party is a bloody mess right now and the Republicans are laughing all the way to the bank.

Do you think that the Republican just know how to win an election better than Democrats? Yes their tactics are dirty, but you have to admit they are effective.

Even though Huckabee has no chance at winning, he is still getting 30% of the votes. When do you think the right will fully embrace McCain?

I keep reading about priests "melting faces" and I'm not sure what spell they are refering to. Can someone enlighten me?
