I'm 54 - She's 62 - shocked yet? - yeah, we have problems too - we live in the same building in a multi-building gated community for seniors - the guy who owns the apartment where she is staying hasn't been paying his condo fees, and is now in an assisted living facility, and hasn't got long to live - so she is having trouble like needing money for groceries (i've lent her money in the past and she always pays it back) because of his failure to pay, she is not allowed access to our clubhouse building and facilities - I saw her getting hassled by a security guard about entry, so i signed her in as my guest - she has applications open at other buildings, and i've told her i'm happy to help her in any way i can, but i can't give her a place to stay - we have no room - my mom, 92, also lives here - i think i'm doing as much as i can, but i feel frustrated that i can't help ore do more - we're good friends - she talks a lot - you might say she's a chatty cathy - and i keep quiet most of the time - so in that and other ways we're rather compatible 0 can i do more? any ideas? thanks in advance
