Elbow Pain/Feeling when Benching/Lifting/Pushing?
Too Long Didnt Read: Elbow Pain when lifting, suggestions/advice? other good upperbody exercises that wont hurt elbow?
So Ive started recently weightlifting a couple of months ago and recently when benching my elbow kind of hurts but not to a great extent and it feels like its "locking in place" and i feel that if i push the weight it might burst/break/pop. This just started happening a week ago, at first it was some what minor like a little feeling in my elbow then one day during my final set it felt like it was going to break if i pushed further, so i took a 4 day break and today i tried lifting again, the warm ups were okay but when i hit my working sets i felt the feeling in my elbow again. Any suggestions on how to prevent/heal this problem, and what are some good upper body exercises that i can do that won't put stress on my joints (pushups have the same effect as benching on my elbows). So a few days I was playing soccer and I was running too quick and stopped very fast and my foot fell on its side and I just noticed I have a crack on my pinkie toe. It goes from the right to left side (right foot), but doesn't crack all the way to the left side. It is pretty near the base of the nail and is starting to come off from the right side. Just wondering how to fix it and if it comes off what should I do and just wondering if it will grow back. Please Help!!
