  • What is a reasonable rent increase on a $1300 apartment? Is $35? $50?

    I have a one bedroom apartment that I'm currently renting out slightly under market-value. It's due for renewal in about six months. Rent is $1300. Is $35 too much- that's a 2.69% increase? How about $50- a 3.85% increase?

  • Which first name to go with Vincent as a middle name?

    We want to use Vincent as our baby's middle name (it's my hubby's and father-in-law's first name). Our last name is of Italian origin. I am not Italian so I don't want a strong/overly Italian first name for him as he'll only be 25% (hubby is half). Here are the names I've come up with so far (haven't run them all by my hubby yet):
