  • Tire rotation on scooter?

My rear tyre has worn down nearly to the wear limit , but my front tyre has more than adequate tread.

I was thinking If I should replace the front ones to the back and rear to the front?

I can buy a new tyre but just curious if I put a nearly worn tyre on the front and ride without and hazard's?

Does front end need more grip or rear on a motorcycle/scooter?

  • Alternative Fuel Mass Production?

I recently stumbled upon ways to drive fuels from various sources.

    For example,

    By Plastic

    Biodiesel , Plant Matter

    Tire Derived Fuels

We know that Petroleum based fuels pollute but these Alternative fuels pollute less.

Why don t these techniques not come into mass production when we clearly transition to these cleaner and greener methods?

My Motorcycle has an O ring chain , they say that o ring chains are internally lubricated and sealed.

  • Image noise problem on my nikon d3100?

I have a Nikon D3100 with standard 18-55mm VR kit lens , My camera is 14.2 megapixels but when I shoot even at daylight with about ISO 400 or 800(Not above that) I don't see enough details and I find noise when I try to zoom into the picture although the sharpness is excellent but I find more noise when I zoom.

But I once had my friends AF-S 55-200mm VR , with the same conditions under daylight at ISO 400 or 800 I find better details and when zoom in I don't get much noise as compared to my kit lens.

I find that all my settings are fine with noise reduction switched on.

I once heard that Nikon d3100 can handle pretty well up to ISO 800.

My question :- Am I doing something wrong by increasing iso up to 400 or 800?

    Or

Is my Nikon d3100 not that capable of handling this much ISO?

    Or

Is my lens not that capable?

Now I know that some people will say that try to keep iso less as possible but there are some times in the day when we may need to boost ISO a bit.

    Thank you!

  • How to determine whether the lens is sharp or not?

Is it something to do with how much elements and groups are present?

For example if a lens has 11 elements in 8 groups (Nikkor 18-55mm VR) and another lens 15 elements in 11 groups (Nikkor 55-200mm VR ED) which would be sharper?

Is it the lens with more elements sharper or the lens with less element sharper?
