I am pretty sure I am right but would like other opinions. Our lease was up 5/15 and they mailed out partial deposit on 6/15. Without details of damage but just wrote on letter 590 dollars in damage no explanation which they said they didnt have to. When I count the days from may 16th to june 14th is 30 days. so the 15th of june would be 31 days. If that is the case they have to refund the full amount of the deposit.

Okay here is the issue we had an acer one netbook, please keep in mind these do not have a cd drive so cant use a reboot cd. Anyway we had problems with it tried to restore to new settings by hitting alt f10 well came up with the message ntldr is missing, from what we read meant the harddrive may be bad, so sat for months, came across another acer one on craigslist with a broken screen for cheap so swapped our screen over to it. and it worked, butstill had all the crap from the previous owner so figured we would restore this one by hitting alt f10 and it came to the restore screen saying it was going to overwrite all the stuff said okay and it did the exact same thing as the other, so whats the deal here?? now this computer is doing the EXACT same thing as our other, someone has had to come across this. So how do we fix, again we do not have a CD player on this laptop.

Come on people..... I look on here and all I ever see is is it good to be a pilot or how do I become a pilot. There is a square up there that says "search answers" USE it. Can everyone do this?

Okay I parted together a motorcycle from good deals, alot of ebay stuff etc, bought a clean titled frame put it together, titled it in my state, rode it for nearly a year, had insurance on it etc. Sold to a guy in another state. He had it for 4 months calls me and says it came up as stolen. Well come to find out the frame was stolen and the guy left the title in it and I bought it from the thief I am guessing, but of course I cant track him down. Now the guy that bought the bike from me wants the money, and his state impounded the bike so he doesn't have it. Am I legally responsible to pay him back. What bothers me is he had the bike for 4 months who's to say he didn't total it out or whatever then found it to be stolen.
