I HAVE A LOWER LEFT ABDOMINAL PULL FOR 9 MONTHS THAT WONT HEAL. The doctor told me to not workout for 4?
WEEKS AND I RESTED IT FOR 6 WEEKS ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND IT STILL WOULD'NT HEAL. DO ANYONE OF U GUYS HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR TIPS? PLEASE HELP ME OUT OR GIVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT I MIGHT BE DOING WRONG OR SHOULD BE DOING, I HAVE ALRREADY WENT TO THE DOCTOR TWICE AND HE TOLD ME HE THINKS IT IS A PULLED MUSCLE AND NOT A HERNIA. THE PAIN I HAVE ALSO SPREADS SOMETIMES DOWN TO MY INNER LEFT THIGH.
