I let my friend borrow my carpet shampooer last week, when she brought it back, I wasn't home but, my husband was so, she dropped it off to my husband. Well, after she dropped it off, she called me to let me know that she brought it back and then she went on to say how she had tried to clean it out with bleach because her puppy had just Died of PARVO......

I was dumbfounded. She never told me this when she borrowed it and then tells me after she drops it off in my house where my dog is. My dog has had all her shots but, I am still worried that she will get it and I am also wondering what I should do with the shampooer, should I just throw it away?? I paid like $200 for it, I feel like she owes me a new shampooer if I can't use it anymore and I will not use it in my home if it has the parvo virus inside it, can someone tell me what I can do?? I just started selling on EBay. I have mostly been selling purses. Well I had a purse that my cousin gave me awhile back that I listed on EBay. It is a Louis Vuitton bag with cherries on it. The thing is, I am not 100% possitive that this bag is real so, I put in my listing that I wasn't sure if it is real or not. Well Ebay removed my listing and put a restriction on my account. I tried to list another Louis Vuitton today that I am 100% possitive that it is real, and they wouldn't let me list it. So how do I get this restriction removed. I have an authentic Coach bag that I wan't to list and I am not going to be able to list it either. This sucks.

Me and my husband are taking the kids to Chicago this Weekend, so far we are planning on going to Shedd Aquarium and Brookefield Zoo, anyone have any suggestions as to what else we should see or do while we are there? Keep in mind, we are taking our 8 yr old and our 2 yr old. Thank you!

I bid on an item on EBay the other day and ended up winning. Well I don't have a paypal account so whenever I bid, I make sure the person takes Money Orders. The item I bid on the lady said that she will take a money order. Now that I have won the item, I got the invoice by email and it says that her address is not on file, and a little note from her on the invoice saying that if she doesn't recieve the payment in 3 days that she will relist the item and report me to ebay. I have emailed her 3 or 4 times telling her that I need her mailing address so that I can get the money order sent out. She has not emailed me back. Today is the third day and the payment has not gotten to her because she won't give me her address to send the payment to and now I have a money order written out to her. What should I do? What will happen if she turns me in to Ebay? Will I have a chance to explain to them? Thank you!

What would make a normally normal person all of a sudden be so hateful to people that they normally love? What would make someone like that do crazy things like pour lighter fluid all over themselves? My mom all of a sudden hates my dad and is trying everything that she can to get everyone else to hate him. She hates her own mom who has done nothing but good to her. My grandma is almost 80 years old and her 49 year old daughter hates her for no reason. My mom is also always saying she is sick. Friday she supposedly started running a fever and today I had to take her to the hospital because she is acting like she is drunk. She is still there and they are running all kinds of tests because they cant find anything wrong with her. She does hateful things to my dad, he is almost to the point of divorce because he don't know what else to do. She won't do anything but lay around and eat and watch tv all day when a year ago, she was the typical house wife. What would make someone be like this

Me and my husband are looking for a house to buy. We looked at one the other day and there were things that I liked but there were things that I did not like about it. The thing is that this is the only house that is for sale in the neighborhood that I want to live in that I half way like. I have looked at other houses but I don't like the neighborhood that they are in. So what would you do? Would you buy a house that you really like but was in a neighborhood you didn't like or would you buy a house that you didn't like a lot of stuff about in a neighborhood that you loved or would you wait and see if something else comes up? How do you prevent getting sick ( Cold and Flu type of sickness )? My friend has 2 daughters that are my daughters age and tonight they called wanting to know if they could stay the night. Well when their mom dropped them off, she told me that she was going to go home and go to sleep because she had a really bad cold. About 5 minutes after she dropped them off, I noticed that one of the little girls was coughing really bad.

I am so p!ssed off that she would bring her kids here knowing that they are sick, knowing that I have kids here ( one is 23 months ) and that is the last thing that I need for me, my husband and my kids to get sick. My husband has had surgery on his sinuses so when he gets a cold it is bad and he will have to miss work. My youngest daughter gets and ear infection everytime she gets a cold and I can't get a hold of their mom to come and get them, I don't want sick kids staying at my house, what would you do?

I have heard a few people talking about ear candles that clean all the wax out of the ear. Does anyone know where I can get these? Thank you!

I saw a question on here about the ozone layer and it just got me thinking.....

I always hear that aerosol sprays and polution is destroying the ozone layer but what I am wondering is, when we go into space, does the space shuttles cause damage to the ozone layer when leaving Earth?

There are a lot of websites that I go on that have pictures that have a red X and It won't let me see the pictures. Is it something to do with the Java setting? and if so, how do I change my java settings so that I can view them? Thank you!

To make a long story short, some teenaged guys moved in around the block a couple months ago, they stole my dog Sunday night, the cops found her, took her to the pound and I got her back, Monday night the guys who stole her came walking by trying to pet her and trying to talk to me, Tonight I got woke up by my mom who lives across the street from me saying that they were on bicycles circling from my car to her car in front of my house ( at 3am ), she went out there and ran them off and called the cops. You can read the whole story on my previous question about it.

What are they trying to do? They stole my dog, tryed to go to the pound and claim her, they tryed coming back up to my yard and pet her and stuff, and now this? The are really brave for being that young, My dad and husband could go out there and take all of them on physically, so it makes me wonder, do they have a gun and looking for a reason to use it or what? I am sitting here at 4am worried that a brick is going to come.

About five teenaged guys moved in across the alley from us a couple months ago, last night one of them or one of their friends stole my dog. She is a pitbull, she is very loved, she is my daughters best friend and protector, she is up to date on her shots and she is spayed. Anyway, when she was first missing, I found out because I went to let her in the house and the back gate was open and she was nowhere to be found, I called the humane society this morning and they said that a police officer had brought a dog in of that description just a few minutes earlier and told me to come and see if it was her, When I got out there they told me that three teenaged boys had just left like 3 minutes earlier and they were trying to claim her. They said that the boys told them that they paid $200 for her the night before and wouldn't say who sold her to them, Well they told me that one of the boys was wearing a Sonic shirt.......(continued)

What is a good mattress to buy for a decent price? I have back problems and on the mattress I have now ( Sealy ), I wake up every morning with really bad back pain so, I am going to buy a new one but the problem is, is that you never know if a mattress is going to hurt your back until you have slept on it all night for a few weeks. So if anyone has back problems and know of a good mattress, could you please let me know? Thank you.

Has anyone ever actually gotten the $50 through directv for refering a friend?

I got my mom to sign up through Directv and when she first called to set up an appt. to get it installed, they told her that she had to wait until the installer came and gave her an acct # so that she could call in the refer a friend, well the installer is there right now and she called and now they said that she should have done it while she was setting up an appt. I think they are full of crap, that refer a friend thing must just be a way to get more customers, then when people try to do it they tell you that your not eligable for it.

My friend said the same thing happened to her when she tried to do it. So has anyone actually been eligable for it or has anyone had a simalar experience as mine with it? Thank you!
