I work in an industry that provides service to businesses where I am responsible for a certain group of clients. In the 3 years I've worked in the industry I've never met a client face to face. Our business conducted almost exclusively vial phone and email. We just signed a new account and my boss has since told me that the account would go to me.

He just sent me an email requesting my resume and a picture of myself to send to the client. I've never been asked for this in my entire career for a client. The request for the resume doesn't bother me that much because we usually enclose a modified resume for each staff member with every new bid but I'm bothered by his request a photo.

Am I just being paranoid?

Moving to Dallas in March and would like to live an area with young professionals such as myself. Any Suggestions.
