  • What would make your lip swollen after your piercing is fully healed?

I got my side lip pierced on September 6. It was swollen for about a week and hurt for about a week. I was taking care of it diligently for the first two months even after it was fully healed (seemed to heel within the first month).

I was using Blistex (as recommended) for my dry/chapped lips, but I stopped using them a few weeks ago. My lips were fine. Last week, I started using my normal lip shine/chapstick. Yesterday, the one piercing (I have two on one side) was really hurting, and today, I woke up and that side of my lip is hurting. The second piercing on that side is fine (minus the swollen part near it).

Could the different chapstick be a cause, or would it be something else. I was thinking maybe toothpaste got in there as I was brushing my teeth, or something else got in there. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could cause this in the one?

There is no pus, or smell either. Not yet anyways. I'm ruling out infection right now, because it was fully healed already.

  • Anyone have a Nintendo DS?

"Homebrew" your Nintendo Ds? Anyone have an M3 DS Real review?

M3 DS Real Rumble RAM Pak Bundle (for example from here: http://www.kickgaming.com/real-rumble-bu... is what I have decided to go with for my Nintendo DS system. I just wanted to know if anyone else have gotten this "kit" themselves. How do you like it? Was it worth buying? It seems pretty straight forward, but has anyone had any issues with it? Basically, I just would like to know what you think of this.

There are games you can buy that have the rumble feature which I don't plan on using anyways (its one thing when you have a controller that rumbles, but why would you want a whole system doing it?). But supposedly what I have heard because of the "RAM" is hold a bit more memory which may or may not be true
